S'mores Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

This wintertime treat takes the taste of the traditional campfire S’mores combinations: a homemade graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache center, and marshmallow meringue topping to give you an ooey-gooey decadent dessert!

Butter Graham Crackers Chocolate Eggs Whites Sugar

To make the crust: Crush graham crackers, mix in a medium bowl with melted butter.

Press firmly into a tart pan. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes and set aside to completely cool.

To make the Ganache: Melt butter in a double boiler. Once melted add in chocolate chips and whisk until completely melted.

Once chocolate is melted, pour over heavy cream, cover with a plate and let sit for 2 minutes. Mix together and set aside.

To make Meringue: Continually whisk egg whites and sugar in a double boiler, until sugar is melted. Remove and mix on high until stiff peaks form.

Once cooled, pour ganache into the crust and top with meringue. Torch meringue to give a melted look!
